IOE's new mentoring initiative for women professionals

IOE is now accepting applications for both mentors and mentees for its newly launched Mentorship Programme.

The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), Deloitte and the EU are pleased to announce the kick-off of our Mentorship Programme 2022. The programme supports women throughout our global network in their professional development. The programme is part of IOE’s effort to boost the number of women in senior management positions worldwide.

Applications are open until 11 March 2022.

Women leaders in IOE’s extensive network will be partnered with up-and-coming professional women. The mentees will receive valuable professional coaching from our group of experienced leaderson what it takes to succeed in an organisation, profession, or industry, grow their network and develop a new set of skills.

Mentors will serve as trusted advisors and role modelsand contribute to bridging the global gap for gender equality. Both mentors and mentees must have the time and commitment to pursue the programme and set realistic goals for the partnership. At the end of this first iteration of the Mentorship Programme, selected mentor/mentee pairs will be invited to showcase their success stories and share their experience at an IOE-Deloitte-EU joint digital event. Joining the programme is free. All the mentoring sessions will be conducted online.
