Tech@Work Senegal Closing Ceremony

Aim of the meeting

• Celebrate and highlight the achievements of the Tech@Work programme in Senegal since its inception in October 2022. 
• Introduce the U-Connect platform to members of CNP Sénégal, explaining its potential as a transformative tool for job matching. 
• Discuss the next steps after the training phase, creating a roadmap for future opportunities for graduates. 
• Raise the status of Tech@Work graduates by distinguishing them from other candidates at national level, in particular in the presence of recruiters and business leaders from the CNP network. 
• Raise awareness among stakeholders of the untapped potential of young people, emphasising the imperative of continued investment in their skills and development.
