Together, with you, the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) met the many challenges of this difficult year. 2021 pushed us to become stronger as an organisation and to strengthen our global network. As a result, we delivered relevant outcomes and exchanges on numerous issues impacting the world of work, solidified our foundations further to move forward with more confidence, and took our unique business voice to debates and dialogues throughout the multilateral system.

We look forward to working with you in 2022, undaunted by the ongoing pandemic and related disruptions. Our cohesive network empowers us to approach the upcoming year with energy and hope.
