An exclusive workshop for ZFE members to learn about the international ecosystem for responsible business conduct and reporting, and about support available for enterprises to enhance their performance.

The Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) and the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) are jointly hosting an exclusive online workshop on Wednesday, 7 July 2021 from 09:00 to 12:30 for members of ZFE.

This online workshop will bring together selected Zambia enterprises, ZFE leadership and international experts in the field of business and human rights.  There will be opportunities to learn about:

• The importance and value of responsible business behaviour, both to enterprises and society;
• The regulatory and guidance framework at international and national level;
• The state of play as it relates to the Zambia context; and
• How companies across Zambia are developing initiatives and best practices, overcoming the challenges and reaping the benefits.

Enterprise participants will be strongly encouraged to:

• Share their experiences, best practices and initiatives;
• Put their questions to the experts; and
• Articulate how they can be better supported in their endeavours - by government, ZFE, IOE and international institutions.
