Just released: IOE/ILO/KAS report on digitalisation and MSEs

This new report analyses to what extent micro and small enterprises (MSEs) have profited from the digital revolution.

The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation, launched on SME Day 28 June 2021 an analytical report on “Small goes digital - How digitalization can bring about productive growth for micro and small enterprises”.

The report analyses how far micro and small enterprises (MSEs) have been able to fully harness the opportunities, which digitalization offers, what are the impediments for micro and small enterprises to effectively take advantage of the opportunities arising from digitalization, and what needs to be done to better support them in overcoming these obstacles.

The report can be found in the Resources section below and on www.ioe-emp.org.
