Just released: IOE-BIAC-BusinessEurope Position on Third Revised Draft Treaty on Business and Human Rights

IOE shares the final version of the IOE, BIAC and BusinessEurope joint position paper on the Third Revised Draft Treaty on Business and Human Rights to bring a consolidated business voice to the negotiations on the treaty.

We have recently informed you about the latest development on the third revised draft treaty on business and human rights, which will be negotiated in the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Working Group (IGWG) in its seventh session on 25 to 29 October. IOE took the lead in the development of a joint IOE-Business at OECD-BusinessEurope position on the treaty (please see below). This position complements the IOE factsheet on the third revised draft treaty (please see below).
