IOE Launches Second Phase of the Mentorship Programme for Women in Business

With the support of the European Union and Deloitte, IOE is thrilled to announce the launch of the second phase of its Mentorship Programme for women in business.

This programme offers a chance to connect with inspiring female leaders, gain invaluable insights, and advance your career through mentorship. This approach is a proven path to professional growth, personal development, and long-lasting connections. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to reach the next level, having a mentor can provide you with guidance, support, and a roadmap to success.

The first phase of the IOE-Deloitte-EU Mentorship Programme paired seven aspiring women with seven well-established businesswomen who have climbed the corporate ladder with determination, knowledge, and confidence. Participants from different countries and sectors of the economy benefitted from the Programme by learning from each other and building personal connections.

How to get involved and become part of the next cohort of mentees 

Participation is simple and free for both mentors and mentees. As accessibility is a key element of our Programme, all sessions will be online.

Let us know if you would like to be a mentor, or a mentee. We will find a match for you that aligns with your goals and aspirations. IOE members and their affiliates are eligible to apply upon nomination. At the end of the Programme selected pairs will be invited to showcase their stories and experience at an IOE-Deloitte-EU joint event.
