High-Level Forum on Skills-based Mobility in Africa: Making Regular Pathways Accessible and Beneficial for All

Organised by IOM and IOE

Co-organised by IOE, this high-level forum pursues three objectives:

1. To discuss potential benefits and challenges of skills-based mobility schemes in Africa considering the evidence and lessons learned within the continent and in other regions.
2. To bring more alignment between African continental, regional, and national priorities on labour and skills mobility.
3. To discuss possible work strands in support of the design and implementation skills mobility partnerships that benefit all the parties involved in an equal manner.
