IOE is launching a new dedicated online space for members

Keep reading to find out about the different functionalities of this tool and how to use it.

IOE is pleased to announce the launch of a new Members’ Area accessible from the current website. This is a dedicated, private and secure space for members and partners which can only be entered by logging in with a personal profile. The Members’ Area offers exclusive materials not available on the public website such as news, events and documents for members. Going forward news, events and documents that are for members and partners only will not appear on the normal IOE website but will require a user to login to the Members’ Area to be viewed.

If you already have a personal login profile you can just click on the Login button in the top right corner of the website, input your login details and you will arrive at the Members’ Area. Once logged in you will find guidance on how to use this area in the news sliding banner. If you have not created or used your login profile yet you need to click on the Login button in the top right corner of the website and then click ok the Register Here button and follow the instructions.

The Members’ Area consists of: a News page which showcases all news for members and public news; an Events page showing all public and member-only events; a Document Library page which contains all important documents by category and type and can easily be searched; dedicated pages for our Business Networks and Policy Working Groups which contain news, events, documents and discussions for those groups.

In the Resources section you can find a Guidance document on how to use the Members’ Area. The interface of the Members’ Area is only in English but Documents and News are available in French and Spanish.

We are looking forward to hearing your feedback about this new structure for members. We hope you will find it useful. Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or feedback you might have! We also remain at your disposal for any help you might need in accessing and using this new feature.
