Workshop on three hot topics: upskilling/reskilling, skills for the green transition, and career guidance

The Eastern Europe group on skills decided to meet face-to-face to discuss three hot topics, namely upskilling/reskilling, skills for the green transition, and career guidance. Other projects beyond Eastern Europe expressed interest to participate as well, and hence colleagues from Myanmar and Uzbekistan will join.

Objectives of the workshop:

1. To learn more about the three topics upskilling/reskilling, skills for the green transition, and career guidance.
2. To translate the learning into one’s own context and project.
3. To exchange among projects.
4. To exchange with the external speakers and potentially initiate collaboration.
