The 2024 African Social Partners' Summit is a joint undertaking of IOE and the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE), with the support of the European Union and Business Africa.
IOE members from Africa will join the 7th African Social Partners’ Summit, which will take place from 7 to 8 February 2024 in Dar es Salaam.
This 2024 Summit will:
- review current national progress on employment creation in Africa,
- specify priorities by country,
- provide best practice examples,
- identify effective strategies that promote inclusive growth, sustainable development, and resilience in a post-pandemic era,
- liaise with different agencies to provide updated information and resources for MSMEs about how different policies and implementation plans will affect or improve ways of working.
