Aim of the meeting

How to strengthen the resilience of organisations and equip them with the right skills to handle an uncertain future? Organisations are having difficulty navigating the rapidly evolving skills landscape. The session "Skills for a resilient private sector" will explore how organisations can strengthen their reskilling and upskilling initiatives and build more holistic strategies to increase their own and their workers' resilience as constant changes and disruptions arise over time.
