Aim of the meeting

Joint Dialogue Forum (JDF) is TİSK’s social dialogue initiative which was launched in 2019. Each year, JDF brings government institutions, employers and trade unions together to find mutual solutions for the most pressing issues of Turkish labour market and society.

The 3rd JDF will virtually take place between 14-15 October 2021with a main theme of “Future of Work” in Turkey. This year, the JDF 2021 aims to find mutual solutions for the challenges posed by the changing dynamics of world of work on “Women”, “Youth” and “Formal Employment” as the main topics of discussion.

The questions to be tackled include: What are the expectations of young people from the future of work? How do we prepare our youth for the future? What could be done more for women empowerment in these changing dynamics? How can we increase formal employment in the future of work?
