Come and be part of the conversation with Microsoft, UNICEF and various women business leaders from Latin America, Africa and Asia on how to promote diversity in the digital space.

How can we harness female talent in the digital economy? What are the ‘secret ingredients’ for an enabling environment for women to thrive, grow and innovate?
How do we foster a culture of strong women entrepreneurs in the business world?

Men and women are welcome, this will be a safe space to discuss complex gender issues and share best practices on women empowerment and diversity.

Aim of the meeting:

• To share best practices & lessons learned from the pandemic on women empowerment issues.
• To promote diversity in the digital space and discuss the following questions:
  • How can we harness female talent in the digital economy? What are the ‘secret ingredients’ for an enabling environment for women to thrive, grow and innovate?
  • How do we foster a culture of strong women entrepreneurs in the business world?
