Aim of the meeting

Strengthening cooperation between CAS and CEACR, as well as adjusting and aligning the work of the two Committes on standards supervision with the common objective for a greater long-lasting positive impact. 

IOE Role

Preparing messages on behalf of the Employers highlighting the importance that the Committee of Experts takes into account the needs of sustainable enterprises when assessing compliance of ratified Conventions and adheres faithfully to the text of the ILO Conventions when undertaking the non-binding assessment of compliance.
