Ouverture des candidatures pour l'Académie mondiale de formation 2023 des jeunes professionnels d'organisations d'employeurs !

Participez à la 5e édition de l'Académie mondiale de formation 2023 des jeunes professionnels d'organisations d'employeurs de l'OIE à Istanbul, en Turquie, du 16 au 20 octobre 2023 (en anglais).

Young professionals working at employers' organisations are invited to submit their application formby 11 August 2023 to join the 2023 Global Young Professionals’ Academy.   

This 5th edition, led by the International Organisation of Employers, will be hosted by the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TISK), in co-operation with the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), and with the support and co-funding of the European Union. 

This competitive training programme is targeted at building the capacity and skills of professionals selected from across IOE’s network.  

The in-person session in Istanbul, Türkiye will be preceded by a 2-week online preparation module using an interactive digital platform.

Criteria to attend the programme:

• Participants must be working at an organisation within IOE’s membership.
• Participants must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
• Participants must be proficient in English.
• Participants must have at least 2 years of professional experience.

Successful professionals will:

• Gain advocacy skills – to engage more effectively with governments and stakeholders.
• Acquire tools – to implement and adapt policies at local, national, regional, and international level.
• Receive guidance – to achieve greater policy impact.
• Continue to be inspired – by the work of the global alumni network and advance their careers.
