Parution d'un Recueil d'expériences d'employeurs en matière de planification de la transition juste

Cette nouvelle publication donne un aperçu des expériences des membres et partenaires de l'OIE en matière d'action climatique et de politiques de transition juste (en anglais).

IOE has conducted interviews with several members and partners on the topic of just transition policies and planning to illustrate how employers are dealing with this new agenda. The interviews have been summarised in this new resource for policymakers and employers’ organisations and showcase the diversity of activities, priorities and challenges employers are faced with in the context of climate action and supporting labour markets as they transform.  

These case studies highlight the importance of the national context and the importance of engaging and working with employers’ organisations to ensure smooth transitions and effective labour markets. We are looking forward to continuing engagement and conversations on these important topics with our global network.
