New IOE Management Structure

As of 1 January, IOE has a new management structure that brings together diverse talents and experiences to strengthen service to our global network.

The Secretary-General of the International Organisation of Employers, Roberto Suarez Santos, is pleased to inform members and corporate partners that a new organisational structure is now in place that is designed to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and empower IOE staff to continue to deliver the high level of service expected by our global membership.

The new structure features three new Director-level positions. Luis Rodrigo Morales is now Director of Policy (Industrial Relations and ILO Coordination) – morales(at)ioe-emp.com. Akustina Morni is Director of Policy (Employment, Skills, Digitalisation and Just Transition) morni(at)ioe-emp.com. Jean Milligan is the Director of Partnerships and Communications milligan(at)ioe-emp.com.

The IOE Management Board was consulted on the new structure during its meeting in October 2023.
