Despite the undeniable business case for gender diversity in the workplace, additional efforts are still needed to promote gender balance across senior leadership and decision-making positions in many companies and employers’ organisations. It is in an employer's interest to promote a workplace that is free from discrimination against women (and others) and to ensure that decisions related to employment are based solely on an individual’s merit.

IOE has been advocating and consolidating its work for gender equality and diversity through the IOE Gender Network. Through its partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and with the generous support of the European Commission, the IOE Gender Network is organising this certified course to support companies and employers’ organisations to promote gender empowerment at the workplace.

Women and men can apply for this certification which will take place in English. Deadline for applying is 10 November.

Please apply using the attached application form and to request financial support.

Each edition of the e-workshop will run over three days from 13:00 - 17:00 CET.
