ILO Innovations for Decent Jobs for Youth Conference (2-3 May 2018, Geneva)

We inform you about a conference on Innovations for Decent Jobs for Youth that will be held on 2-3 May 2018 at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva. This conference will provide a platform for governments, employers' organisations, companies, social partners, youth and civil society, UN entities, foundations and beyond to explore collaboration on innovations that work for decent jobs for youth.

Decent Jobs for Youth is the global initiative under the 2030 Agenda to scale up action and impact on youth employment. In 2017, partners of the Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth developed plans for joint action across thematic priorities and pledged concrete commitments. In 2018, the aim is to leverage this momentum and work together to scale up action and impact at country and regional levels.

The preliminary concept note and agenda are available in the side panel and you can register by completing the online registration process by 24 April 2018. To register, please click on the link in the side panel. Please kindly note that registration is not being handled by the IOE. ILO Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP) has also been collaborating with this initiative.
