Examine the relevance of nine instruments concerning employment policy (eight instruments and one outdated instrument): the Unemployment Convention, 1919 (No. 2), the Employment Service Convention, 1948 (No. 88), the Fee-Charging Employment, Agencies Convention (Revised), 1949 (No. 96), the Private Employment Agencies Convention, 1997 (No. 181), the Employment Service Recommendation, 1948 (No. 83), the Private Employment Agencies Recommendation, 1997 (No. 188), the Job Creation in Small and, Medium-Sized Enterprises Recommendation, 1998 (No. 189) and the Fee-Charging Employment Agencies Convention, 1933 (No. 34).
