Aim of the meeting
The conference is a contribution to accelerate progress towards achieving SDG Target 8.7. The conference brings together government representatives, workers' and employers' representatives, youth advocates, UN agencies and civil society organisations from across Asia and the Pacific to share lessons and experiences and identify possible action points to ensure that forced labour, human trafficking and child labour will become a thing of the past across the region.
