Academy on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
Agenda, 30 September - 4 October 2019
Aim of the meeting
Fundamental principles and rights at work (FPRW) provide the foundation on which fair societies are built. This academy is an opportunity to learn and discuss about how to realize these principles and rights in various settings and against the backdrop of a fast changing world of work: in the informal and rural economy, across supply chains and in situations of conflict and disaster.
IOE Role in the meeting
María Paz Anzorreguy, Director of ILO Coordination, will be participating in this event as a speaker on two Masterclasses: "Promoting labour rights through the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW) and its link to other human rights instruments" and " Global Partnerships on FPRW to contribute to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda".
