Aim of the meeting

To review different methodologies and tools to measure the gender pay gap and its implications; to deconstruct the gender pay gap, with a view to «unveiling» the unexplained portion; and to consider appropriate policy measures.

IOE Role in the meeting

To participate as a member of the Steering Committee and to speak on behalf of the IOE membership.
