The IOE’s Global Industrial Relations Network (GIRN) brings together key industrial relations and human resource executives from multinational enterprises from around the world to exchange views and information on global industrial relations practices.

The GIRN provides a unique opportunity to discuss, debate and share information regarding current and emerging global industrial relations developments and challenges in a confidential basis.

Membership in the GIRN is open to multinational companies that are themselves members of the IOE member federations.   The GIRN has developed its own website.
